It was such a joy to team up with two super talented ladies, Dr. Paula Billups, my colleague from Life University, who specializes in organizational leadership, and Tara Powers, author of the book Virtual Teams for Dummies. Together, we discussed various aspects of virtual team leadership, including trust building, agreements, and practical applications. In true virtual team fashion, Tara joined us virtually, while Paula and I attended in person. We had in-person participants, as well as virtual participants.
