Round 4 of the ALG Textbook Transformation Grant Now Accepting Applications
Jeff Gallant, the ALG Visiting Program Officer for Open Educational Resources, just put out the following announcement:
Affordable Learning Georgia’s Textbook Transformation Grants support the replacement of expensive commercial textbooks with low-cost, no-cost, and open educational resources.
Use existing open educational resources such as OpenStax College Textbooks, no-cost-to-students library and web resources, and new affordable online homework and lab applications to equalize access to your course materials and save your students money. Successful applications may receive funding ranging from $10,800 to $30,000.
Round 4 of the ALG Textbook Transformation Grants is now open for applications.
